Fiberglass belt coated with PTFE in closed circuit

The belt is sealed with the “Saw Tooth” joint without thickened, which results in uniform thickness!! Teflon fabric is manufactured from selected glass fibers coated with PTFE. It is highly temperature resistant.

Applications:

  • Teflon belts are used in the fixed temperature machine, conveyors and sealing machines.

 

Properties of PTFE fabric

  • Size stable, non-streching, factor of elongation <5%, high thickness
  • Resistance to high temperatures, continuous operating temperatures from +15 °C to +260 °C
  • Non-stick - easy to clear
  • Good chemical resistance – fabric is resistant to most of chemicals, acids, alkalids and salt.
  • Non-flammable / fire resistant
  • Electrical insulator
  • Low factor of aging, life-span 10 years
