Adhesive PTFE fabric 0,08 mm

Presented PTFE-coated fiberglass fabric is adhesive, its thickness is 0,08 mm, the width – 1m. Offer applies to the purchase of 1 m2. This fabric is manufactured from selected fiberglass coated with PTFE. It characterizes with high temperature resistance as well as chemical resistance.

Properties of PTFE fabric:

• Size stable, non-streching, factor of elongation <5%, high thickness
• High resistance to temperature changes, continuous operating temperatures from +15 °C to +200 °C
• Non-stick - easy to clear
• Good chemical resistance – fabric is resistant to most of chemicals, acids, alkalids and salt.
• Non-flammable / fire resistant
• Low factor of aging

Applications of PTFE fabric:

• Inslator in heating elements (eg: welding tapes)
• Indirect fabric as non-stick surface for sticky products
• Used in transporting, welding, packaging
• Anywhere the high temperature resistance, protection against sticky products and chemicals is requaired .
• Used for covering and wrapping materials in petroleum and chemical industries
• Used for protecting materials in direct contact with high temperature in electrical industry
