Presented PTFE-coated fiberglass fabric is adhesive, its thickness is 0,23 mm, the width – 1m. Offer applies to the purchase of 10 m2. This fabric is manufactured from selected fiberglass coated with PTFE. It characterizes with high temperature resistance as well as chemical resistance.
Properties of PTFE fabric:
- Size stable, non-streching, factor of elongation <5%, high thickness
- High resistance to temperature changes, continuous operating temperatures from +15 °C to +200 °C
- Non-stick - easy to clear
- Good chemical resistance – fabric is resistant to most of chemicals, acids, alkalids and salt.
- Non-flammable / fire resistant
- Low factor of aging
Applications of PTFE fabric:
- Inslator in heating elements (eg: welding tapes)
- Indirect fabric as non-stick surface for sticky products
- Used in transporting, welding, packaging
- Anywhere the high temperature resistance, protection against sticky products and chemicals is requaired .
- Used for covering and wrapping materials in petroleum and chemical industries
- Used for protecting materials in direct contact with high temperature in electrical industry
