Non adhesive PTFE fabric 0,50 mm – 30 meters

Presented PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is non-adhesive. Its thickness is 0,50 mm, the width – 1m. Offer applies to the purchase of 30 m2. This fabric is manufactured from selected glass fibers coated with PTFE. It characterizes with high temperature resistance.

Properties of PTFE fabric:

• Size stable, non-stretching, factor of elongation <5%, high density
• High resistance to temperature changes, continuous operating temperatures from +15stC to +200stC
• Non-stick - easy to clear
• Good chemical resistance – fabric is resistant to most of chemicals, acids, alkalids and salt.
• Non-flammable / fire resistant
• Low factor of aging

Applications of PTFE fabric:

• Inslator in heating elements (eg: sealing bars or wires)
• Indirect fabric as non-stick surface
• Used in conveyor, sealing and packaging machines
• Anywhere the high temperature resistance, protection against sticky products and chemicals is required .
• Used for covering and wrapping materials in petroleum and chemical industries
• Used for protecting materials in direct contact with high temperature
