The application of shaped sealing bars improves the quality of the seal comparing it to the standard sealing tape.
By bending the bar the air bubbles are removed from the sealing area which influences the quality and strength of the seal.
The special shape ensures the ideal position of the tape on the jaws – it does not move as the deflection is put on flat supporting surfaces – it gives the vast advantage over the standard sealing bar and sealing wire.
The life-span of shaped sealing bar is longer than the one of standard sealing bar.
Shaped sealing bar is especially recommended with packing wet and dusty products: sauces, liquids, vegetables in brine, sugar, salt, etc.
Using the shaped sealing bar we achieve the ideal tension distribution – special profile decides to lower the strenght of the pressure of sealing bar.
