The tape is made from silicone sponge – 10x15mm section of the diameter of rectangle.
It is used as a clenchig factor in sealing and packaging machines. It is employed in domed thermal shrinking machines. Because of its resilience, the tape fits perfectly in the designated place on the device lid, providing at the same time with the right clench of sealing foil to obtain the seal or cutoff – eg. in domed thermal shrinking machines.
