FORMULA SIX

MEDIUM DUTY, SILICONE RELEASE AGENT

FORMULA SIX is a multi-purpose, medium duty, silicone mould release agent. It is based on silicones and has beenformulated as a highly effective, general purpose releaseagent for all thermoplastics and many types of rubber.

APPLICATIONS

Provides a medium duty film for release of plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, compression moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increases production. Fitted with 360O spray system for use at any angle, even upside down. Also useful as an anti-stick agent in the textiles, foam converting, printing and shoe industries.

N.B. Contains silicone so may be unsuitable where decorative work (e.g. painting, plating) is necessary on the moulded part. If a non-silicone product is required, use Formula Seven or Formula Four.

Spray a light, even coating from 9" - 12" (25 - 30 cm) and re-apply as necessary.

• Flashpoint : Not applicable in sealed aerosol
• Packaging : 400 ml aerosol (12 per carton)

STORAGE

The product may be stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 72 months with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and naked flame.
