FOOD PROCESSING SAFE® SILICONE LUBRICANT

SILICONE FG lubricates, protects, waterproofs and restores. A blend of high quality stable silicone oils. The highly versatile, noncorrosive formula lubricates, protects, waterproofs and restores a wide range of parts and equipment. Ensures superior lubrication of plastics and provides excellent separation and release properties.

FEATURES

• NSF H1 registered (N°138000) meets USDA 1998 H1, to be used as a lubricant with incidental food contact
• Forms a colourless, non-staining film
• Highly water-resistant; repels water from glass, ceramics, fabrics and leather
• Eliminates squeaking, binding and sticking
• Protects metals, plastics, rubbers and other surfaces
• Low surface tension gives better coverage and deeper penetration
• Effective over a wide temperature range (-40°C to +200°C)
• Excellent release properties
• Fitted with a 360O Spray System for all angle use, even upside down
• Does not contain nut oils or nut oil derivatives

APPLICATIONS

• Prevents hardening and freezing of rubber seals
• Prevents plastic assemblies from squeaking and binding
• Renovates plastic, rubber and wooden surfaces
• Provides excellent lubrication especially between parts made of dissimilar materials: e.g. metal/plastic, plastic/plastic, metal/rubber
• For use on virtually any part and equipment made of metal, plastic, rubber, nylon or wood
• Protects and lubricates tools, hoists, jacks, locks, latches, switches and controls, zippers, springs and pulleys
• As a release agent in the moulding of plastic and rubber part

DIRECTIONS

• Spray light, even film on areas requiring lubrication or protection
• Use extension tube for hard-to-reach areas
• Repeat application if necessary
• Harmless to most common used rubbers and plastics (test prior to use)
• Removal: by Ambersil Amberklene FG
• Do not use on energised (live) equipment

Based upon the present state of our knowledge and information received from our suppliers, evaluation of this product indicates that it is free from nut oils and their derivatives

STORAGE

The product may be stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 72 months with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and naked flame.
