Porous PTFE coated fiberglass fabric 0,22 mm – 30 meters

Presented PTFE-coated porous fiberglass fabric is non-adhesive, its thickness is 0,22 mm, the width – 1m. Offer applies to the purchase of 30 m2. This fabric is manufactured from selected fiberglass coated with PTFE. It characterizes with high temperature resistance as well as chemical resistance.

PTFE coated porous glass fabric is a fabric with reduced amount of teflon. It is used to obtain texture on the seal, which means to imprint weave of fiberglass on the foil. The amount of teflon in this material is about 30%. It suffices to use it as protection against sticking, providing with a nice checked-patterned seal.

Available by the meter or full rolls of 10m and 30m in thickness 0,11mm and 0.22 mm.

Properties of PTFE fabric:

• Size stable, non-streching, factor of elongation <5%, high thickness
• High resistance to temperature changes, continuous operating temperatures from +15 °C to +200 °C
• Non-stick - easy to clear
• Good chemical resistance – fabric is resistant to most of chemicals, acids, alkalids and salt.
• Non-flammable / fire resistant
• Low factor of aging

Applications of PTFE fabric:

• Inslator in heating elements (eg: sealing bars)
• Indirect fabric as non-stick surface for sticky products
• Used in conveyors, sealing and packaging machines
